Pre Entry Deadline 11-16-2009

$5000 Added ($1000 Added to Each D)

• Please check in on arrival first day only 
• Dress code highly encouraged by not required 
• Early entry postmark date 11/16/09.  Enter early for early run on Sunday! 
• Vet/doctor releases must be received by Wed. 11/25/09 at 12:00 pm.  Call 
to confirm 254-386-3559. Fax number 254-386-4350. Refund sent week 
after show minus $25 handling charge.  
• You may run as many horses as you want in each class. Two people may run 
the same horse. 
• Negative coggins required by law.  Be prepared to show. 
• Late fee of $10 per class after (i.e. Open one late fee & Adult one late fee)  
• All classes Fri, Sat, & Sun require a one time $15 office fee per person 
• 80% Payback – 100% added money!  $1000 will be added to each D payout! 
• 5D payout = Fastest + ½ sec. increments.  
• Incentive race times must be carried over from Open 5D. 4D payout = 
fastest + ½ sec. increments. INCENTIVE CKS TO BE MAILED WEEK AFTER SHOW 
• Shavings must be purchased at arena ($7/bag).   
• No dogs allowed in arena.   
• Vendor booths available.  Call arena at 254-386-3559.
