2. Dress Code Hat and Long Sleeves rule.

3. Horse substitutions must be made in the Office before each race.

4. No switching of draw positions.

5. All reruns will be the decisions of the Arena Director. Rerun will be on fresh drag. Arena Directors decisions are FINAL. A horse falling during run will not receive a rerun.  We will drag every 5 runners and water will be put on ground as needed per arena director. 

6. Failure to answer 3 gate calls will result in a scratch.

7. A horse may enter each race only once. (Exception for family rule).  Enter as many horses per race as you wish.

8. Contestants will receive a no time for knocking over a barrel or breaking a pattern.

9. A tie for awards will be handled by a flip of a coin between contestants tied.

10. A $20.00 Office fee once per contestant for each race
(with Mesquite Blowout being the exception - one time Office fee covers both races + $5 Arena fee per horse each day-MESQUITE RACE ONLY - This Arena Fee is paid directly to the Mesquite Championship Resistol Arena)

11. A $10.00 PER PERSON late fee if entry is not post marked by entry closing date. All late entries will run after pre-entries.  You can still enter up to 4 days before the race through Equivent (all late fees and charges applicable).

12. Vet and medical releases for pre-entries must be received 10 days before the race.  (All fees less Office fee will be returned to contestant).

13. Vet and medical releases for late entries must be presented in the show office before the race starts.  (All fees less Office fee will be returned to contestant).

14. Must have 500+ entries to pay 15 places.

15. All added money 100% back to pot. Added money split equally in each Division.  70% Payback on Entry Fees. 

16. The 4-D format will be as follows: 1-D = fastest time of the race; 2-D = fastest time of the race plus one-half second (.5 second); 3-D = fastest time of the race plus one second; 4-D =  fastest time of the race plus two seconds.  The jackpot entry fees will be divided: 1-D 35%, 2-D 27%, 3-D 21%, 4-D 17%.

17. ALL LATE ENTRIES MUST BE PAID IN CASH or WITH CREDIT CARD (NO CHECKS) NO EXCEPTIONS. 

18. Books will stay open till last runner at all shows.

19. Blowout Productions reserves the right to refuse any entry.

RULES FOR SERIES
1. Must enter 3 of the 5 races (MESQUITE BLOWOUT is a 2 day race. It pays out each day, so it counts as 2 races) to qualify for year end awards.

2. Top 10 money earners in each D will qualify for year end awards.

3. Series Standings will be posted on the internet. 

4. Year End Awards WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO YOU.   If you are not present to receive them you can make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you.  Otherwise you will forfeit your awards.

Mulligan Do Over Rules

1. If you receive a NO TIME, that qualifies you to go back and pay another Entry Fee plus a $10 penalty fee.  For example: If the Entry Fee is $55, you will pay the $55 plus the $10 penalty fee and you get to run again to try and get in the money.  (OFFICE FEE IS PAID ONLY FOR 1ST RUN NOT "MULLIGAN DO OVERS")

2.  THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF "DO OVERS" IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A NO TIME ON ANY RUN.
