May/June Newsletter

The end of the Saddle Series came and went.  A BIG Thank You to everyone for their help and support during the first quarter of the NBHA Tx 19 year.

Congratulations goes to Katelyn Glass for winning the saddle.  Our Youth to World Fundraiser race will be on June 14^th.  We have a buckle series coming up on July 4^th and 5^th (see flyer) at the Cleburne Outdoor Arena. 

There are a lot of shows coming up this year and we are doing everything possible to avoid other shows in the area.  At times this is impossible, please accept apologies in advance for any conflicting shows.  NBHA Tx 19 hosts a minimum of 2 shows a month, at times the conflicts are not just an oversight, it’s more of a necessity due to arena availability.  In June we will go to the night schedule for the summer months, during that time there will be no Sunday shows.  Most will be on Saturday nights with a few on Fridays.  Our goal is to accommodate our members and guests.

Just a Reminder:

Members are required to work 15 hours and get a minimum $50 sponsor per year in order to be eligible to receive year-end awards.  I know at times it seems things are handled but there is always room for extra help.  It is graciously received and appreciated!
