Begin your event listing by describing the details of the event using the form below. Please enter the information in mixed case. Use capitalized letters only where necessary. The event opening date, race days, event name, and location fields are required. Once the information has been entered, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. To return to the event lists, click "Cancel".

The web page and logo fields are available for paid listings only.

Add an Event
* Your Email

Please enter your email address. This is for administrative purposes only and will not appear in the event listing. This field is required.

We have been bombarded with scammers lately and to protect ourselves and the barrel races all events must have a real email address. If not provided, the event will be deleted and it will have to be resubmitted.

* Starting Date

This value is the DATE the EVENT STARTS, use the format mm-dd-yyyy (If it starts on Feb 14th, 2008 - you put 02-14-2008). Multiple events must be posted individually. This is a required field. You must enter a valid date.

* Ending Date

This value is the date the specific event you are entering ends, use the format mm-dd-yyyy. If it is an one day Event this will be the same date as the Starting date. If it is a 2 or 3 day event it will be the last day of that specific event. This is a required field. You must enter a valid date.

* Race Days

This is the exact day/s of the event. If the event is a one day event - on the 14th of the month, enter "14". If the event begins on the 12th and ends on the 16th, you should enter "12-16". This field is required.

* Event Name

Enter the required name of your event.

Web Page

Paid event listings may specify an optional URL (web address) where people can find additional information about your event. This field is not available with free listings. If specified, the value should be in the form "www.ebarrelracing.com".

Logo
Paid event listings may specify an optional logo. This should be a image file in either JPEG or GIF format. This field is not available with free listings. If specified, the value should be in the form "c:\myimages\mylogo.gif". Optionally, you may locate the image using the Browse button.
* Location
Please enter the city and the complete state name first (Ft. Worth, Texas). Then specify the facility name at which the event will be held. Optionally you might want to consider providing an address, directions, maps coordinates, or GPS values.
Map Link
Enter a link to a map page showing the event location.
* State

Please select the state in which the event will be held.

* ZIP Code

Enter the required zip code of your event. You may click the Look Up button to find the ZIP code by city and state.

Contacts
Please specify the contact name, phone number, email address, and any other information that someone might use to obtain additional information regarding the event.
Info
Use this area to provide any other useful information regarding the event.
