Dress Code and hat rule will be enforced.
Dress Code-long sleeved shirt, boots, and hat. $10.00 hat fine will be assessed for losing hat after entering arena &
donated to St Jude Children's Hospital.

Horse substitutions must be made in show
office before first horse runs.
3.
No changing of draw positions. No rider
substitutions.
4.
Negative coggins required.
5.
70% payback of entry fee. Added money
split evenly between divisions.
6.
Must run all three days to qualify for high
money awards.
7.
All reruns will be the decision of the Arena
Judge. Reruns will be on a fresh drag. Broken tack or
equipment, or a horse falling during a run, will not receive a rerun.
8.
A maximum of 3 gate calls will be given, after which, rider will be
disqualified.
9.
If a rider competes out of turn, he/she will be disqualified.
10.
A
horse may enter each race only once with the exception of the family rule
(riders are immediate family who reside in the same household) You
may enter as many horses per race as you wish.
11.
The 4D
format will be as follows: 1-D, fastest time of the race; 2-D, fastest time
of the race plus one-half second (.5 second). 3-D, fastest time of the race
plus one second; 4-D, fastest time of the race plus two seconds.
Jackpot entry fees will be divided 1D 32%, 2D 28%, 3D 23%, 4D 17%.

In the
event of a tie for awards, the contestants may either decide by a flip of a
coin or a run-off.
15.
Number
of places paid in each division in open races is ten if <500 entries and 15
>500 entries.
16. Number
of places paid in youth race will be 5 if < 100 entries and 7 if > 100
entries.
17.
One
time $25.00 processing and timer fee per contestant for entire event.
Each youth rider is required to pay this fee also, but
if a youth is running in both youth and open, they are required to pay only
one processing fee.
18. $10
late fee PER ENTRY, beginning April 27th. CASH
for all LATE ENTRIES.
19. $30
charge on all returned checks.
Returned check must be made good prior to race or you will not be able to compete.
20.
All horses,
youth and open, must have one time stall fee of $55.00 or one time ground
fee of $10.00.
No exceptions.
21.
Riders
will receive a NO TIME for knocking down a barrel or breaking the pattern.
If the pattern is broken, the contestant must exit the arena.
22. No
memberships required to compete @ Barrel Mania.
23. Ponies
in the Pony Class must be 52 inches and under and the riders must be 12 yrs
and younger to compete in the Pony Class.
