Dr. Stacey Oke, a Canadian medical writer, scientific researcher, and licensed veterinarian, authored the report. Oke\u2019s primary fields of interest are nutrition and dietary health supplements, osteoarthritis, and inflammation. She writes for various magazines and peer-reviewed veterinary and medical journals, and is involved in continuing education for veterinarians and physicians.<\/p>\n
