{"id":318,"date":"2006-02-06T23:36:55","date_gmt":"2006-02-06T16:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ebarrelracing.com\/articles\/?p=318"},"modified":"2006-07-23T23:44:46","modified_gmt":"2006-07-23T16:44:46","slug":"aqha-convention-agendas-available-for-viewing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ebarrelracing.com\/articles\/industry\/aqha-convention-agendas-available-for-viewing\/","title":{"rendered":"AQHA Convention Agendas Available for Viewing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Convention Set for March 3-7 in Seattle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Amarillo, Texas<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0 It will be down to business for AQHA\u00c2\u2019s committee  members and directors who will gather in Seattle, Washington, for the  Association\u00c2\u2019s annual convention to discuss dozens of items from shows to  recreational riding and from marketing to equine research.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u201cOur directors and committee members will be busy conducting the  business of AQHA,\u00c2\u201d said AQHA\u00c2\u2019s Executive Vice President Bill Brewer.  There are many items awaiting recommendations, and there will be time  on each committee\u00c2\u2019s agenda for members to provide us with their  comments. I\u00c2\u2019m looking forward to the recommendations that will come from the work these committees do.\u00c2\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the scheduled meetings, the convention also hosts the president\u00c2\u2019s reception, the annual awards banquet and the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame inductions.
