Mike Schulz, R-Altus<\/a>, was the author.<\/p>\n<p>The bill is an attempt to end a yearlong feud over who can file a horse\u2019s teeth. The debate has included full-page ads that say drugs used by equine dentists could be used as date rape drugs or to induce abortion.
