The Foundation Council approved 11 grants, with a funding total of $33,977.30.<\/p>\n<p>America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Horse Cares was established in 2005 as a grant program to support North American Riding for the Handicapped Association-approved facilities. America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Horse Cares recognizes and supports the proven benefits of therapeutic riding to individuals of all ages with a wide variety of mental, physical and emotional disabilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Congratulations to these 11 recipients of a 2005 America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Horse Cares grant:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Circle of Hope Therapeutic Riding Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Barnesville, Maryland<br \/>\nFree SPIRIT \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Fond du Lac, Wisconsin<br \/>\nHandicapped High Riders Club Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Allentown, New Jersey<br \/>\nHorse Warriors \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Jackson, Wyoming<br \/>\nHORSEPOWER Therapeutic Learning Center \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Colfax, North Carolina<br \/>\nMTRA-Marion Therapeutic Riding Association Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Ocala, Florida<br \/>\nMounted Eagles Therapeutic Horsemanship \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Motley, Minnesota<br \/>\nSpecial Equestrians Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Warrington, Pennsylvania<br \/>\nStir-n-Up Hope Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Rockport, Indiana<br \/>\nSunDance Riding Therapy Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Dilworth, Minnesota<br \/>\nThree Gaits Inc. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Oregon, Wisconsin<\/p>\n<p>In addition, McKenna Farms Therapy Services Inc. received the MD Barns $15,000 product certificate.
