To commemorate its colorful history, APHA has created a comprehensive calendar providing a unique look into the people and horses that has made APHA what it is today.<\/p>\n<p>From the roots of founder Rebecca Tyler\u2019s kitchen table to today\u2019s powerful international breed registry, the 12-month calendar is filled with remembrances of people and horses that contributed to the evolution of the association.\u00a0Each month details a segment of APHA history, complete with vintage photos.\u00a0The names or images of more than 400 APHA members and registered Paint Horses are included in this historic retrospective, certain to become a collector&#8217;s item.<\/p>\n<p>Markel, APHA\u2019s long-standing corporate sponsor since 1997, is the presenting sponsor for this endeavor.\u00a0\u201cAt Markel protecting legacies is our business,\u201d said Managing Director of Markel\u2019s Agriculture Division, Don Faison. \u201cWe are pleased to be part of APHA\u2019s 50<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary by sponsoring this unique commemorative Calendar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This calendar is created in a large 12-inch-by-14-inch format to allow for the in-depth historical perspective that this keepsake chronicles.
