After nearly 4 years of hanging around this redneck barrel racing board I'm 44 (well 43 as of this one) posts away from 1000.

Yeah I guess they take up a lot of my thoughts otherwise I would probably still be on post #15. I don't post that much on barrel racing just mostly on my daily thoughts on what everyone else is talking about. Of course I do seem to ask more questions on here than I do when I am in person cause I feel that no one can see me so I don't feel so weird asking! (Okay I know that is stupid but it just easier to hide behind the board!) :ROFL2:
Oh and you are going to have to bring some of those dumplings as I hate cooking, that is hubbies job, mine is to clean up behind him!! :ROFL2:

grilled bun, 3 thinly fried hamburger patties, with or without cheese, veggies or no...just enuff grease to be delicious.
comes with fresh cut fries....
rebecca...you get mayo only!! And then tear the meat patties apart piece by piece til you are down to one patty....
then SMASH the bun together with the mayo...and eat like a regular human being..... :ROFL2: :ROFL2: :ROFL2:

Sorry , I just can't do the mayo thing. I just have a mental block about it from years ago and just can't bring myself to eat it!! The veggies give it enough moisture so that it isn't dry but it just ain't the same without the cheese and it has to be double cheese so that you get cheese on each patty so no matter what bite you take you get that wonderful grease and cheese flavor!! :ROFL2: And I just can't eat the bread by itself so I have to eat it all together! And you have to make sure you eat the fries while they are still hot!!

Girl go get a cookie or something and eat it! I know you said you were trying to lose weight, but just going cold turkey on food is a little more deadly in some OC cases than say going cold turkey on smokes.

I just got too busy...and forgot to eat....surely I have enough "storage"....to get me thru the day...lol.....
Then I remembered...and made oatmeal...then the phone rang....and I forgot....then I went in the kitchen
to get a drink and remembered the oatmeal...ummm ya....nope.....Rowdy Roo-Roo can have that.
Then I was gonna stop in Stephenville at Subway but....ya'll won't believe it...but I forgot that too.
So I drove home, and got here...and thought....I'm really not hungry anymore.

I wish I could make that work for me... I have taken off so much equipment that Mysty didn't need... I've probably lightened 15 lbs between saddles and pads and tiedown...

If a dog....could have walked by...and casually hiked a leg on it....ummmm....I won't eat it.
So anything that grows ABOVE the ground in hiking range...is pretty much out. Corn's ok...it grows high.
Anything under the ground...its safe too.

I probably make Laura's gag o meter go off 10,000 times a day as I blithely wander through life eating veggies and peeing in stall number 2 and slurpng down Medium rare steaks and eggs over easy.

My steak at the Meet N Greet....well....lets just say....most of it was left on my plate...I just couldn't.
As was most of my food...My eyes were bigger than my tummy!!
I thought they were never bringing my sweet tater back!! I almost passed out from the exaustion of waiting...and waiting...and wondering
if my poor lil sweet potatoe was coming back after a brief microwaving visit.

But I am proud to say...that I ate nearly everyone's crouton's at the table right off their salads....but I checked them first
before eating to make sure tomato seeds or juices were not invading their croutoness.

That was a good sweet tator. I had one once before at Logan's that was beyond blah. SO I was reluctant to try the one at meet and greet by was glad in the end that I did. But I did keep my tator even if it wasn't fire hot cause the I'd been moaning and whining like Laura was about her AWOL tator.

Ketchup was invented to enhance, to entice, and to hide any food group.
Now I will agree it can hide a food group! Mom used to cook liver and onions once a month so we would get our source of iron which I can't stand the taste of so I would find the smallest piece and cover it in ketchup to cover up that awful taste and shove it in my mouth (which would be the last thing I would supposedly eat cause we weren't allowed to get up from the table until everything on our plate was gone) and then I would go to the bathroom and spit it out in the toilet and flush!

No, I never said I ate it, I just said I put it in my mouth long enough to get to the bathroom to spit it out. That is where the ketchup came in so I could cover up the taste long enough to make it to the bathroom otherwise it would have came out a long time before I made it to the bathroom!!

I am not a huge fan of ice cream but occassionally like it...got some at the meet n greet...ordered vanilla and the waiter
thought he was doing me a huge favor and put a load of choc on it....I didn't eat too much of it then.
Yep...I am a very picky eater. My mom said that cookin for me was crazy...and eventually she just cooked...and I ate it
or picked out what I didn't like. But she was always nice enough to strain the stew of all the veggies that I hated and
make me my own special bowl.

Oh my mom was a firm believer in your not getting up from the table until everything is gone from your plate so I would just sit there, I was a very slow eater, and everyone would be through and up watching tv or outside playing and I would still be sitting there. One time I fell asleep on the table and she woke me up and made me sit there until it was all gone. I think that is why I can't leave the table now until my plate is empty even if I am full!!!

I love fried shrimp but can't eat it cold like shrimp cocktail-grosses me out! But I don't see any legs either that way so I don't even think about it!

That's too funny! Like I said, I will pretty much anything but the things that I don't eat I have tried once and made up my mind then and there that it would never cross my lips again and most seafood doesn't past these lips with the exception of fried shrimp, crab legs and some baked fish but it has to be cooked well done or I can't eat it, same way with my eggs. They have to be cooked where they are starting to brown or I can't eat them. Mom ruined eggs for me when I was growing up by putting almost raw eggs that were suppose to be scrambled in front of me and made me eat them. I gag with every bite and rarely eat them any more unless I cook them and never from a restraunt cause they never cook them all the way through or not enough for me anyway!! Okay, so maybe I have a few weird habits too but I blame it all on my mom!!! ;)

It's ok, I understnad people don't share the lurve I have for liver.
It's probably a family trait. Mom and aunt and I all like it. Dad, who will eat burned biscuits (cheap garbage disposal) hates it. He'll eat it, he'll just whine and moan a looooot when I make it.
I think there is 8 slices between the two packages, I buy two because a) the stuff is cheap and b) I eat a bunch the day I make it and I'm not above leftovers... I'll eat it all until it's gone.
Everytime I cook it he gripes I'm making too much, I'm cooking for 20, blah blah blah...and everytime my mom says shut UP already! We don't make you eat it, so why do you care how much we make for ourselves. LOL And then he gets a plate and has some. So I guess liver beats a cold sandwich in his mind. hahahahaha
