Title: Does everyone know how their Representative voted on the Continuing Resolution?

I noticed my Rep wasnt on the list, Bill Flores.   I sent him an email this morning telling him I wasnt happy about him voting for the resolution.   What was the purpose of the Ryan budget limit if within 60 days they are going to start going over that budget.   For God sack at least do what you say you are going to do politicians!
