BESS CHANEY -- HOPEFUL AS ALWAYS!

I just got off the phone with Bess.....when she goes into her afternoon therapy session she will find out for sure if she gets to go tomorrow to be "PLACED ON A HORSE" for the first time since her accident!  I CAN'T WAIT!!!  I'm hoping it will be later in the afternoon to where I can arrange to be there....if I get the luxury of going, I will DEFINITELY take my camera and get pictures!  I just don't know if I can take off or not.....we will just have to see what time she is scheduled to go!!!

She is sooo excited! 

I'll keep everyone posted!  PLEASE KEEP HER IN YOUR CONSTANT PRAYERS!!!  She is doing sooooo good!!  And her attitude---man!  I'm impressed!!

Well, talked to Bess early this morning and they have postponed her "pony ride" until next week.  She has to have her power of attorney sign some papers but they are going to check to make sure she can't sign them herself.  Hopefully she'll be able to do that next week sometime! 

She did stay on the walking machine for an hour yesterday in her afternoon session and in the standing chair for about 30 minutes so she had a great workout. 

I'll keep continued updates as always as long as ya'll keep the prayers coming! 

I told Bess  that one day ya'll were going to get tired of hearing her name because it's plastered all over ebarrelracing every time you look!  :ROFL2: :cheeze: :ROFL2: :cheeze:

All I can say is awsome.  She has come so far from when she "didn't want to be seen in a chair"  It makes me tearful as I remeber when my hubby first got on a horse after his accident.
