Prayers really needed for my brother......

I don't usually ask for prayers but I learned some devastating news yesterday.  My brother was having some stomach problems so he went in for a colonoscopy on Friday.  They found a mass and did a biopsy.  They talked to him about cancer and chemo and stuff like that.  He goes for a cat scan tomorrow to see if it is anywhere else.  They told him that it does not usually start in the colon so this is a very scary ordeal.  My brother is only 35 years old and has a 2 year old daughter.  My family is having a hard time with this and he is my only brother.  I am so scared that I am going to lose him!!  Please pray for him and my family.

Dear Lord,We don't always know what is happening or the answers but we take great comfort in knowing that You do.  Please place this man and his family in Your hands giving them comfort and peace.  Let there be a healing done so that the doctors are just amazed at Your touch and how powerful it is.  No matter how You choose to heal, we know that it is always to Your glory and we lay our trust in you.  In Jesus' name, Amen.
