I'm not stupid....I know what the purpose of the fine is for....
I asked whether hats were required because it mentioned them in the ad.  I chose to not wear one unless it's required....that's all I was asking.....and besides when I do wear one I "keep it on my head"

If you choose to wear a hat keep it on your head or we will charge a $10 fine.  Simply cause it takes someone to run out there and slow down the race to pick it up.  I think hats look great on your head not the arena floor.. :ROFL2: :ROFL2: :ROFL2: :ROFL2: :ROFL2:
