You don't suck Candy . . . it's just a lil bit of a set back.
You just have to figure out what happened and work on that piece. Heck at least it was only ONE pound.
yesterday was not a good day for me.
had honey nut cheerios for breakfast with 2% milk.
had a turkey sandwich on wheat, with spicy mustard, jalapenos, lettuce and pickles for lunch. Also had a fresh fruit cup with pineapple, strawberry canteloupe and grapes.
for dinner I had . . . um, hang on I'll remember
OOOOOOH, Jambalaya with spicy sausage. Lotta carbs <(

then later I had to have another honey bun . . . not sure what it going on there but I need to nip that in the bud.
went to the gym and did 45 minutes for 3.15 miles on the elliptical machine.
did some circuit training 3 sets of 15 on each machine.
And did 5 sets of 10 on the Devil's <IMSOMAD> Ab Machine.
I'm not sure why, I mean I didn't really do bad . . .
At the end of the day I just didn't feel like I did well though.
So today is another day and I'm gonna get back on track!!
