Ashleigh is a tough girl and will pull through this with the love and support of her family and numerous friends!  Prayers to you and your family for this will be a long hard road to recovery but God obviously has other plans for your life.

Well today Ashleigh is in allot of pain and still having some bleeding in the lung that clasped, so the tube has to stay in for now. Surgery will be put off till she is strong enough.

Hello again to everyone this is Lauren... just got done with my last visit with ashleigh for a while and she was having a lot of problems earlier today but she is some what starting to breath on her own. i wanted to thank everyone for the cards when i went in thier this morning we had hundreds that we read to her and they all are amazing and are giving her so much hope and drive.. my sister is very strong and thier is no doubt in my mind she is going to pull thourgh this. the healing prosess is going to be at least a year in a half but she is going to ride and be the same beautiful girl everyone knows her as. all the prayers and love from everyone is so amazing im so glad that we have such blessed freinds out their. i will try to keep every one posted with recovery news and the accident but so far all we know is their was no alcohol or anything involved. this is just a terrible accident you hope never happens to you but unfortunatly it did to us... Let this be a reminder to everyone to ALWAYS wear your seat belt if ash would of had hers on she would of walked away from the accident but instead she got ejected about 60 ft. please keep ash in your prayers and i know some people where talking about a blood drive that will not be neccicary but maby some benifits will so untill next time thank you and on behalf of my self and my family we are extremely greatfull for everything everyone is doing and the cards are amazing thank you all ....Lauren
