Thanks for the update.  I will be at Belton for the Friday morning run and will help while I am there.  I have a commitment for Friday night and I am running WBR Saturday night.  I will be back at Belton on Sunday and can help then.  I will go to the office when I get there to see what they need help with.

Father God, we ask that you heal Destry with your speed and guidance. Thank you for keeping him safely wrapped in your arms on that day and from this day forth. Though we know that he would be a blessing in heaven, he is surely a blessing here for us. Please continue to watch over him. Guide those who are there to help him and operate on him. Also, be with his family and friends to help keep everyone strong. Destry is a wonderful man Father and we thank you again for blessing us with his presence here on this earth. Please be with Corky and help him to maintain the physical and mental strength needed over the next several weeks to rehabilitate and care for Destry. We ask this in Jesus name...Amen.

Thanks for the update Kathy.

Continued prayers for peace, comfort and rest. Its hard for me to breathe when I think about D because I with every breath he's uncomfortable. Get well soon D, I bet Miss Pig is wondering where in the world you are.

Lots of love to you sweetie -- wb

Miss Pigg, update, Thursday, she is at home, sleeping on the couch and just hanging out with her friends.
And yes, she is wondering where D. is too, and is waiting for him to come home.
Hopefully in a few days.
Kathy, thanks for the updates from the hospital.

<HI> You are so welcome.  If anyone needs updates that are real.....since there were a lot or rumors going around, let me know and I will check on Destry for you.  His mom gave me her phone number to call her.

I went to Longview yesterday to check on Destry,Corky and Susie.  Destry was resting and they will start to wean him off the ventilator over the next few days.  Keep them all in your prayers.

Just got off the phone with Corky and he said Destry is looking a WHOLE lot better today and he is doing fine.   He said that there was a huge difference in even what he looked like last night compared to this morning.
Aut viam inveniam aut faciam - I will either find a way or make one.  "Can't lives on Won't street."

Let us be reminded of what Captain John Parker told his army at Lexington Green, the place where the War for Independence began in 1775. He said, “Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.
