Well since I didn't get to go to the grocery store to stock up on the healthy stuff, I settled for a sausage and cheese kolache and donut holes this morning. Think I may go to Subway for lunch. I kinda got off to a late start this morning. I plan on working out at home when I get off work. As far as my diet goes I think I'm going to stick to what I've been doing, which is no sugar, few carbs, lots of veggies, fruits that have low sugar, and lots of protien like chicken, tuna and fish, and occasionally beef.
