Yesterday I had a roasted chicken breast sandwich from Subway for lunch, then a Bird Salad from Freebirds for supper.  Then I did my 20 min. Turbo Jam workout when I finally got home around 10.  This morning I did not do good for breakfast....I had donut holes again.  <(::)>  But for lunch I'm going to do better, maybe some tuna, or another roasted chicken sandwich.  Tonight I'm going to make a soup or stew that should last for a few days.

I have a bottle that I put my water in, it holds 34 oz, so I tell myself that I have to drink at least 2 bottles of water a day.

Hey Dont forget to watch your caffeine intake, caffeine will make your body hold fat longer :\\((( So just watch your caffeine. Also my cousins doctor told her to take here total weight and divide it by 2 and that is how many ounces of water that you need to drink to help you lose weight. So be sure to drink at least that much a day. And she lost over 100 pounds in less than a year. and has kept it off. She is one of my biggest inspirations (sorry cuz to put it like that I still love you) if she can do it I think I can too.

Ve I PM'D you

I had my roasted chicken sandwich from Subway for lunch.  After I get off work I'm going to stop by the grocery store and pick up some stuff for my stew tonight.  I'm making it with venison, hope it turns out good.

Ve~I told you about the No-Pudge brownies, remember?  You need to get a box next time you are at a Brookshire Brothers, they are wonderful sugar free desert.  You can make lots of tasty treat with that box of brownie mix!!

Also, I have been a member of the healthy menu mailer for the past year.  They give you a shopping list for a week with healthy tasty meals and tell you the calorie count.  So easy!!  I don't want to get zapped but if you want the website pm me.  It's like $4 for each month...totally worth it!

While trying to get on the wagon (holding a monster in one hand and a dr. pepper in the other) I lost my balance and fell off. So, I did not make it on. I will just wave as the wagon goes by!!!! The boys start b-ball practice on Thursday, so maybe I can tone on the court with them. I loved b-ball when I was 12. That was not too long ago!!!!!
