O.K.  Just went and did day one of slim in 6.  It was as tough as I remember it being, but I LOVED IT!  Mom did great!  She is really proud of herself.  Also did the stretching routine.  LOVE IT!  I think this is the exercise program that I'm going to be able to stick with.

Hey Y'all.
Sorry I didn't post this yesterday, I updated it . .. just forgot to post it.
Forgive me, I'm on pain killers.



RafterD is still in the lead with 11.3% lost, followed closely by Donk who is still at 7.3% lost (I didn't get an update for her yesterday though), and ThreeWishes is in 3rd place with 5.5% lost.

We've lost 84.5 lbs as a group (no thanks to me and my gain of 2 lbs)!
Y'all are all doing great and I am SOOOOO proud of you!

My no loss last week has me discouraged. This week I have been ok but not great. Last week I was great and didnt lose any. I have added 30 mintues of cardio and 30 mintues of weights so hopefully that will help give me the extra boost.

Well I kinda slipped yesterday..I ate BEN AND JERRYS CINNAMON ROLL ICE CREAM!!!!!YUMMY!!!!Hadnt had any in a really lllooonnnggg time...so I had 1 small bowl of it..Maybe a half cup worth....but it was sssoooo ggggooodddd...yeah I know BEEP BEEP BEEP to me..

I lost my BEEP BEEP!!!! He is gone...Help I lost my beep beep....and i cant stop eating...lol....

I feel Ive done rather well and havent been hungry between meals and such...but I feel I needed to give me self a treat and so I ate one small bowl of ice cream..and boy did it send my sugar level through the roof...wont do that one again anytime soon...but it did taste sssooo good. but not worth the crazy feeling it gave me with my sugar level...

Hope all have a good week and keep an ear out in case you hear THE BEEP BEEP KID!!!..lol

Keep up the good work and I am proud of each and everyone of you all..lets all stay on the bumpy road to a better us...

Well, I just suck at dieting. So since the weather is a little nicer I am going to go for a walk down the road here in a bit. And just watch what I eat instead of trying to stick to an eating plan, or counting claories.  :)/\\ Good luck all!

No change again this week.   This holding pattern I am on is gonna have to get motivated again.  I guess the stress for the past two weeks hadn't helped.  But I am trying hard today to get refocused so that I can move on.  I only have 10 pounds to go...
