I am going to interview a dr today concerning - bio-identical hormone replacement therapy...  that ought to kick things into gear!    anybody else on here familiar with it?

I have not forgotten you oh riders of the wagon . . .
I have just been SO swamped here at work that I haven't had time to get the updated leader board done yet . . . and then when I get home I am chasing that dad gum puppy and then falling into an exhausted stupor like sleep every night.

I will get it done hopefully today, but if not . . . the boss is not here tomorrow so I should have some breathing room!

I have heard of it .what did you find out? I saw a thing on tv the other day about it. it sounds promising  I know I need something but I am afraid because breast cancer in my family. Since my hysterectomy I have gained a ton of weight and from what I heard the other day this stuff will help out with that and your overall health

I am so sorry y'all that it took me so long to get this up . . .
I've been literally swamped this week!

Here is the leader board!
RafterDHorses is still in the lead with 12% lost, but we've had some other strong movers this week.


Donk is in second with 7.3% lost, and ThreeWishes is right on her tail with 6% lost!

As a group we've lost OVER 90 POUNDS!!

We should be really proud of that!

YEAH ladies way to go....90 pounds thats alot...never thought abput it that way....keep up the good work...as a whole we are all doing great...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.....

Well my BEEP BEEP is now in the deep south with you ladies and he calls me and gives me my fix of beeps for the day...he also gave me a funny call the other day....do you all remember the toot toot song??? well he called and said do I miss my beep beep and he asked me about the toot toot song..When he was little he use to walk around and sing...."DONT MESS WITH MY TOOT TOOT"  Well i guess it is now insted of dont mess with my toot toot.... it is "I MISS MY BEEP BEEP"....LOL  

Well keep up the good work and Here is your alls BEEP BEEP...
we are all doing good for at least attempting to do this...it shows what we can do when we ste our minds to something so let give us all a big pat on the back and  :)/\\....

Well this last week was bad.  I was on jury duty and could not eat right much less get all my water in.  It really sucked for several reasons.  Hope that others had a better week than me. :! :!

well if the weight ever starts to decrease i will let you know... right it is inches and i have lost almost 20.5 inches in a month. (thanks to my personal trainer)))
