i talked to her around 6 and she was on her way home to tend to things and then headed back to shreveport. not only all this does she have to deal with her son is headed to iraq sat morn, for 18 mo. she said she didn't know if she was coming or going but she was ok,said she would let me know how things go. she knows we are all thinking about her. my heart goes out to her.

Thank you all so much!!!!!!!  I am exhausted and I am sitting on my couch trying to figure out what to do next.  My dad is in CICU in Shreveport LA, they are a great hospital and have been very nice to my family.  He had 3 blockages to his rear cornery artery with one being 100% blocked.  He came out of surgery and his BP and pulse is now better than mine. lol 
My mom had a panic attack and possibly a small stroke enroute to the hospital and I had to stop on the side of the rode for the EMS to meet us to check her.  In the mean time I called my aunts (her sisters that are in Houston) to please come help me.  We finally got to the hospital and she is better and they are together.  My mom has short term memory loss and keeps asking the same questions.  I felt like I was in Groundhog day the movie today. (Yes I still have my sense of humor thank goodness).  Anyways I left my mom and dad in the hands of my aunts (one is a RN)  and my brother and I came home to get my mom some clothes and bring her dog to my house.  I am fixing to go to sleep so I can get up there early in the morning.

My son leaves for IRAQ at 7 am on Sunday morning and my mom and dad were supposed to go with us to the see him leave, but my hubby and I will go up Sat afternoon to say good bye. Needless to say my plate is very full but I am handling everything okay.  Hopefully I will have the strength to get through this all.  They say what does not kill us makes us stronger...............

Again thanks for all the prayers, yall are great bunch of friends!  I am so glad I have all of yall to lean on.

Lord, I ask that this family be comforted by Your love and grace. You said where to are more are gathered there am I in your midst. We may not be all together at this moment, but we are all praying for this family. Please watch over all involved and those that have traveled. Please bless and watch over this family.

TxSweetie - take care and be safe. Tell your father we are praying for him.

Dear Lord, please gather this family up in Your arms and give them comfort and peace.  Please heal completely TXSweetie's Dad and Mom.  Surround them with loving, caring, believing people that have Your healing wisdom.  Please surround her son with protective angles for his tour in Irag so that they may  watch over him and keep him safe.  Give her rest and and fill her with the knowledge that You love her dearly.  In Jesus' name, Amen.
