i want to really get with my mare this year so that is why i am only going to do our playdays all i am doing is barrels on my mare and i will have to figure out whose horse i will ride for poles. then do NBHA.. that should help me get with her. my first NBHA back in a few years is this Sunday...

ok so when Matt and i were going to eat last night we were talking and i was telling him how in November is the WBR finals and that Rafter D was going to come steal me away even if i don't ride (he laughed) then i said yeah there is also a WBR race my birthday weekend and that could be my birthday present and that WM would go if i went and how Rafter D would come pick us up. (he didn't say anything, he didn't say yes or no) so there may be a possibility that i could go still kinda have to play it by ear.

Soon deb, soon,,got to get truck serviced then new hitch in and then i am on my way...just playing with the weather man now...it is -11 real temp and -45 with wind chill and waiting for a break in temps to leave...my diesel truck dont like this cool weather...it isnt wanting to start yesterday or yet today..got lights on it and still no go....plus the guy we have the barn leased up here from isnt wanting to let me out of my lease early...aaaarrrrggghhh....so am dealing with that on..but lease is up on feb 15th so i am getting things rounded up to get ready to go....so soon deb soon..

Things went well today for us.  I could have pushed her, but there was an accident about 7 horses before my turn that ended up with a girl breaking her leg... So we ran conservatively. 

I'm looking forward to it.  I just gotta start going more often so I can get my timing down before Tunica!
