I am just literally sitting here and waiting on crap to happen. He kinda is sleeping so that's good--he needs some rest. This is where I will probably be for a while. I am sitting in a lawn chair with my yakberry--thank goodness for it and contact with all of you!! I'm pretty tired but I can't complain--hes way more tired than me!!

I am so gland to here that he pooped, is there anymore gut sounds?  When one of my horses coliced like that many years ago, my mom and I would take a large towel and put up under his belly and on the count of three, both of us would pick straight up. like we were trying to pick him up by his belly.  My horse would moan and groan, but he acted like it was such a release.  It would take us doing that about 4 or 5 times and he would poop or poot which ever was closer I guess. and yeah I would always rub on his belly, like you are, he loved that.

GUS just called me..he said dont worry about thangs at the ranch..he has them under HIS  control...now thats a scarry thought considering he is taste-ing all the colts around your place  <(::)>

Oh Laura....I spent 2 nights in the Barn with TJ when he coliced really bad. There was an artic blast the same day we vaccinated and tube wormed...wont do that again! Anyhow, I would take him out every 30 minutes and walk...finally, he told me that he wanted to eat some green grass....72 hours later...and I let him nibble a little....Out came the 3 rounds of oil!! He was good as new! Seems that he told me how to care for him!!

Nothing more yet. Waiting for vet to get back and check him again. I fell asleep in this darn chair for an hour!! I awoke to levi licking my forehead!! He was saying mom wake up, I need more meds. My pain killers are getting weak. Then he stretched out and tinkled alittle. If my timing is right there should be some more poop coming anytime. He's went twice-both an hour and a half apart. So its time again!!
