Well I am issueing an apology up front for crankiness, moodiness, and an extra warped sense of humor.
Ahhhh yes...more than usual. I have started a diet. Alittle last week....alittle this week...lost 5 pounds
already and now its full blown. No Dr Peppers >CRYING EYES OUT< >CRYING EYES OUT< no kittyburritos,
no sugar, no bread from now on. Have an appointment for complete evaluation next week from a doctor.
Going to chart this and do the healthiest thing....which is NOT my diet which usually included water, and
water, and water, and beef jerky. :ROFL2: :ROFL2: :ROFL2: I lost the first 5 pounds due to stress, so
I say what the heck...just keep going....so I'm going. I am a solid 13/14 and I ride the best when I am a
9/10 so that's how I'm gauging....
Please say the necessary prayers....to the DQ LADY, THE LUNCHROOM LADY, and ya...don't forget to pray
for yourselfs to get me thru this trying time....oh ya...and Katy's treadmill...lets hope it holds together.
