way to go laura lou,i will come i had lost 6 # when i went to the dr. he was very pleased.i have lost  more inch.thoand down a pant size,sun barrel races i'm not eating anthing i know that is not good just don't take the time ,my dr. says just eat 1/2 of what you would eat.hamburger eat 1/2 and so forth if i eat something heavy now i kinda get sick so lunch is usually a piece of ham wrapped around a stick of cheese.  i hope my summer is better this year . b/p under control so maybe i can function .

   thanks gb, i'm really trying to LET HIM RUN,sun i was a pept up and dang if i didn't have to get of and help reset stakes. i do find doing the shows i don't thaink so much about my runs ,just warm up and go ,feeling a little more at ease each time,so it's coming. and do tell my friend hello ,and he could be not such a stick in the mud ,we are older and have changed ,he was such a cutie,we did have some good times ,metting at the show in sugerland,gosh hso long ago. wondr how different things might have been if i had not moved back to mt.pleasant. my mom had gotten an apt. in sugerland for me to go to school where he was going.  o well life goes on doesn't it?

Its like I never get full. I could eat all day long. My other half can eat all day long and not gain a thing. He even eats all the bad stuff that I am not going to mention because I will want them. Laura lou knows how little he is. It is just not right. The boy gets up in the middle of the night and drinks a Dr. Pepper and eats a stach of cookies and goes back to sleep and doesnt gain an ounce.  *  * Me I have cut out cokes and only drink water and a glass of decaf tea every now and then and I havnt dropped!  >CRYING EYES OUT<   *  >CRYING EYES OUT<  *  >CRYING EYES OUT<  >CRYING EYES OUT<
