Laura, this is from the Hotze clinic in Houston. this is what jumped started me to loosing weight This is a 5 day rotation menu plan, I will only post 2 of the 5. I didn't stick to it, but it will give you choices, also showes you places you can eat out and still get better. My sister who is having major problems with her thyroids is doing much better by following this plan.
Breakfast:
All beef sausage, italian green beans (frozen) steamed with almonda Or Denny' Breakfast Steak & small salad
Lunch: Pepper Steak, chinese vegetables Or Salt Grass Steak House, Chopped Steak Patty and steamed broccoli dinner
Dinner: Veal w/italian vegetables or Garraba's or Olive Garden, veal with tomato sauce and steamed broccoli
Snack: roast beef deli-meat,1/2 cup raw vegetables, black olives
Breakfast:
omelet (with bell pepper, tomato, onion) or 2-3 boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes, one small avocado
I-hop omelet with vegetables,
Lunch: Grilled chicken on garden salad with nuts Subway: sandwich , salad with chicken with olive oil
Pappasitos- chicken fajitas with guacamole (no tortillas or chips) salsa for dipping meat and charro beans.
Dinner:Chicken stir fry
Chinese Restaurant: moo goo gai pan (no rice or egg roll) add cashews
Charcoal Chicken co. Lemon chicken breast with green beans & salad with olive oil.
Snack: chicken deli-meat rolles with avocado slices, cucumber and onion salad
This is the general idea, anyway, morning eat eggs, and nuts, good protein, or oatmeal. this will jump start your day.
