For dinner or late afternoon meals, think a portion of meat is a stack of cards. I try to eat salmon once a week. I have a EASY recipe for honey mustard salmon, let me know if you want it...so simple! But salmon is a great way to get some Omega 3's kickin!!!
Some snack ideas:
pistachios (anything to occupy your hands to open is great idea to slow down the cravings)
sunflower seeds
string cheese
For a sweet tooth, get those Dove's dark chocolates, they are wonderful!!
