Laura, that's not enough food to keep a bird alive!!! You're gonna get sick again. Why don't you do something like Jenny Craig or Nutrisystems so you will have correct food portions and can get used to eating correctly without having to take the time to cook it yourself?

I thought I was eating correct portions....i just needed two more small meals yesterday tho.... I kinda left them out
but by ACCIDENT.  Just got busy and forgot.

Anyway...1/2 raisin bran n skim milk for breakfast....and I'm gonna drink a slim fast for lunch and eat a power bar for snack about
2, then ?? I don't know....

Laura, you need portions of fruit , vegatables,and protien to go along with you dairy every day.
eat all the sald you want I also eat a lot of celery with Fat Free catalina dressing to spice it up a bit. I like to have yourgurt with a few grapenuts sprinkled in and a few raisins at least twice a day and water water water :)/\\

that's what you eat all day? that's just one meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You would have to pick me off the floor from passing out. My problem is I love to eat

You need to eat more than that.  You're going to put your body into starvation mode and it will hold on to everything you have.  You're metabolism with slow down to a crawl and that will make it that much harder to lose the weight.  What you ate yesterday was roughly only about 500 calories!!!!
You can go and worry about the competition, and worry whether your horse will work, or whether you've selected the right bridle.  But if you've done your homework, you should be able to go out and just enjoy your ride.---The late cutting horse trainer Greg Ward of Tulare, California.

For dinner or late afternoon meals, think a portion of meat is a stack of cards.  I try to eat salmon once a week.  I have a EASY recipe for honey mustard salmon, let me know if you want it...so simple!  But salmon is a great way to get some Omega 3's kickin!!!

Some snack ideas:
pistachios (anything to occupy your hands to open is great idea to slow down the cravings)
sunflower seeds
string cheese

For a sweet tooth, get those Dove's dark chocolates, they are wonderful!!

yesterday...i ate what i said, for supper i ate....a handful of nuts, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and 2 oz of turkey.
I treated myself to a dessert....1/4 cup of cranberries.

Breakfast today....one scrambled egg, and coffee....
