Kayla Langford's trailer was stolen!

I just received a text message from Turnincircles that Kayla's trailer was stolen this morning.

Its a 3 horse with living quaters..drop down windows on head side. Black pinstriping.

I bet they left Houston with it and headed out of state some direction!!  I will watch the highways by my house over towards
west texas!!

If I see them---I will call the Sherriff immediately!!  I will be on the road around here ALL DAY....so if I see something---
I will act immediately.

Galveston County, 30 miles or so South of Houston.  Sorry to say that locks do not even stop the kind of theives that do this.

ve those jsut keep honest theif's away most will cut your locks i have had this done along time ago they cut my lock , but will help if someone is in a hurry to get away with it unless they come with bolt cutters

From what I've been hearing, as soon as they are stealing them, the people are headed south across the boarder and stipping them clean.  That just what our local police are telling me.  I've put my GN lock on mine even though I'm out in the middle of know where and you don't even know I'm out there, there is always that chance that someone could drive back through a locked gate.  It makes me mad that people think they need to steal someone elses stuff.

The locks won't stop a determined thief, but at least it takes em a lil bit longer to get your stuff and go . . .
and if you are in a situation where there are several trailers parked together (like boarding facilities) and yours is the only one with a lock, they will probably go for the easier mark.

I hate that this happened, and hope that you get your trailer back.

Amy---what do they do with them down there??  Do they try to recondition them and bring them back over for sale??  Or sell them down there??

Sounds to me like these are skilled crooks that have likely scoped out the situation beforehand and knew exactly what they needed to bring to get whatever they wanted and did it swiftly.  Wonder if the police will call the authorities at the border to watch for it today, if they left late in the wee morning hours they should be around the Tex/Mex border area now if not already.
