I get a protein bar at walmart that is pretty good, comes in double chocolate. I eat half for a snack in the morning, and then the other half as a snack in the afternoon. That might help with the chocolate/sweet cravings....I know it has helped with mine.
I knew that my room mate was probably going to making brownies today, cause she's studying for finals and craves brownies when she's stressed, so I mowed today to make sure I would work off the extra calories before I had the brownie, and yes, I stopped at just one...thank goodness. It was good, and I'm glad that I didn't go overboard. Yay!
