Well I'll tell y'all what . . .
I need to lose and average of 3.3 lbs per week in order to reach my goal . . .
So I'm gonna pray for strength and will power, and I'm going to do those things that I KNOW I need to do in order to do it.
No more sodas. Period. Water is ALL I will be drinking with the exception for fat free skim milk.
I'll reduce the number of carbs I eat, and slow WAY down on the fast food/fried foods.
And I'll be getting at least 30 minutes of cardio per day . . . even if I have to walk around my living room dangit!
