I dropped my camera off at Walmart this afternoon but didn't want to stick around for 1 hour developing. I'll have them up tomorrow but they will all be river pics.

I hope the one of Laura attempting to stand in her tube turned out. LOL I think I also have one of Rebecca pre and perhaps post french fry, the crane, the turtles, I tried to take at least one of everybody. So of course, I'm not in any. LOL Mindi took one of me Saturday I think but I threatened to keel her if she posted it because it was a bad hair day/ball cap picture. LOL

I wonder how the Scott's faired. They were all just so calm, cool and collected the whole trip. Slathering on sunblock like nobody's business.

I'd love to go back but there is going to have to be more water for me to go again. The whole butt dragging towards the end was unfun since I couldn't stand on the slippery rocks to walk my way through.

LOL Mel on the butt dragging!!!!  That doesn't sound fun........... I can just see Laura Loo trying to stand on her tube!!!!  Bad hair day, you never have a bad hair day.  Your hair always looks great!!!!

I had a blast!! Buttdragging on rocks or no. The only time I had to get out of my tube was the very last section which went under the bridge about a quarter of a mile to the end of the tube ride. The rest of the time we floated peacefully along or my cabanaboy pulled me and I got the royal treatment. It was wayyyyyy fun. Think me and cait may go back down and float the comal next or just take the day and do schlitterbahn. guess I'm just a water bug! Lol!

And p.s.--no rash on hinney from rocks...the tubes had bottoms in them. . Thank goodness for a smart person who invented that!!

LOL I hate the Guadalupe. The comal is so much better AND deeper! Not much butt dragging involved!

lol the whole "butt dragging" thing is a little exagerated hahaha... there was only a couple of spots like that. for the most part it was fairly deep and fun to swim in cause i was out of my tube alot of the time. but yes, i heard the comal (sp?) is pretty nice. i'd like to go check that one out pretty soon!!!

Galveston??? Whomever would I come see that way?? Lol.
Yeah I thought that might make a fun trip for us girls. Go visit galveston. I heard the rebuild was great and it was business as usual. We take a couple of short trips this summer and go to somewhere on the coast and that might be what we do. Not sure. Went to Port A last year and Corpus. South Padre the year before that and down to the valley. South Texas is not on my agenda this year tho. First off--its too dangerous and second I kinda already been there, done that. Galveston sure might be a good spot and not so darn far.
