Laura Loo--Didn't get to see you to tell you that is awesome!  So so proud of you.  I know it's got to be hard cause I am just trying to lose some pounds and man it's tough.  I'm used to eating anything I want and I can't do that anymore.  Hang in there you can do it!

Thanks! I am tryn so hard. As if one thing aint bad enuff, then I got two things going on! I am going with rebecca lucas to a hypnotist on the 11th. I do not know if that will remotely work on me because they say you have to really want something to make it work. Yes I want to quit but I have times when I really WANT A CIGARETTE!!! LOL.  So in that situation? Who wins??  Ill either come back smoking like a train or never smoking again. Or perhaps ill just go in there, smile sweetly at the lady, tell her I love her shirt and say see you later! Haha.

well Laura it is day 4 for me and I still think I can do it. Even drank two beers last night without smoking one whooo hooo!
so hope I kick it again, because if my little hubby ever asked me if I was smoking again, I would have to tell him the truth! and it would break his heart!

Diana--you can do it. I have had a few hard moments lately but I just drink something. I find when my mouth is the driest that is when I crave a cig the worst. Make sure you have something to drink handy all the time.
I am day 15 today. I know I make it to 30 I can quit counting--im good. This weekend I talked to an old friend who has a daughter my age--she ran in the srs with mom. I was just standing with her and noticed she wasn't smoking which I knew she was a heavy smoker in the past. She told me she quit 3 yrs old. Now if she can do it anyone can!! And the added incentive of all the money to save, well I figured its enough to feed my horses nearly two weeks! Or enter 2 horses and processing fees at ardmore!! I know you can do this diana--just keep going. I'm right with you.
