OK i have tried some..and for me, it made my knees and ankles actually hurt worse so I went with a 3 inch wide off set instead of crooked. They are great! I have heard a LOT of folks swear by them and say that I was a fluke, but I know my pain was real. I only ran one run in them and that was enough to take them off. But, I have arthritis in my hips, ankle and knees...so maybe it was too much change too fast for me?
