Jackie talked to Carol just a few minutes ago. There has not been alot of change in Phil today. They are going to continue the treatments which ended Saturday and continue to wean him off the ventilator. I was sure hoping to start seeing a change by this time!! The dr originally said that it would be 5-7 days and that was last Tuesday. Keep up the prayers!

Guess we were posting at the same time. Sorry to hear the treatments haven't worked yet, but we will keep praying that they will start doing their job really soon. Never give up.

Some Good News!!!!!! I just got off the phone with Carol and she told me that the drs are thinking about taking Phil off the ventilator maybe sometime today.. If I understand correctly, as soon as they take him off the ventilator they will start letting him wake up... Maybe we are fixing to get my "ole Pard" back among us once again..... Keep up the prayers for a complete and full recovery.

I just want to thank everyone for the prayers for Phil and Carol. The drs have decided not to take Phil off the ventilator until tomorrow. They want him to wake up alittle more before they do it. The dr was very positive today and expects Phil to make a good recovery. Again thanks for everyone that has taken a few minutes out of thier busy schedule to lift the Goostree's up in prayer. Please continue until Phil is completely out of the woods and back up and active again.
