I need a Bit to lift my horses shoulder up.

My barrel horse is diving hard on the first what would be a good bit to use to lift his shoulder up?

Go back to the basics vs changing bits...it will last a lot longer.  Try trotting up to the barrel and when you first feel him dropping make him counter arc do it until he stands up.  Also try putting your outside foot into his side (back toward back cinch)...if you kick his hip in he will have no choice but to pick up his front end.

Thank you for the help but I've tried the basics again and he keeps going back to diving.

Maybe he is sore in the rear...sometimes they will start diving if they get sore in their stifles or hocks.  Also, have you done any videos lately...could be that your not sitting down deep in your turn.  Does he have a good whoa?  If so, you might try...I think it is called a CG Lifter...I will be at Hamilton on Saturday if you are there you are welcome to borrow it and see if it might work for you.
