need some prayers
« on: January 25, 2005, 08:41:33 PM »
I'm not one that usually ask's for prayers, but if ya'll could send a few up I would appreciate it, One of my Co-workers, son was involved in an auto accident last Thursday, They were T-Boned at a 3-way stop, that is kinda of blinded by a hill and trees., but there were 3 young men in the car,  one of the boys died, they tried to air lift from the scene but were unable to due to bad weather, had to wait till the a.m. and keep him stable,   My coworkers son has been in the hospital, they sent him home today, but is in a wheelchair, he has severly bruised kidneys, a puctured lung, and had fluid filing around the lung cavitiy (as I understand it ), the viewing was today, and the funeral is tomorrow. If you guys could send a prayer up, my friends son is having an extremely difficult time dealing with this, since he was the driver. Thanks C

So sorry to hear about the accident.  We will be praying for the families.  Can you say what their last name is?

Julie,
I don't know the last name of the boy that died, but my co-workers last name is True, they live in Indiana, close to the Kentucky border, as they were at the hopsital in Henderson, Ky.
Thanks for the prayers, I just really feel bad for him, co-worker called tonight, (father) they are both having a really hard time, said that his son is really having a hard time, and it just makes it so hard for him.

How tragic!  Prayers to all!
Yesterday is history.

Thanks for all the prayers guys, They let the son go home yesterday, but had to agree to  lay around in bed, and only get up to go to the bathroom, and must use a wheelchair to get there.  They emailed me pics of the car, all I can say is that God was looking out for them, I don't know how on earth all 3 didn't die, The car looks horrible, He is blaming himself for what happen, That is the hardest part of this for him. Thanks again.

got2 - please extend my love and prayers to these families. espescially for the loss of their child. i hope your friends son has a strong shoulder to lean on and the support of love and faith to get him thru this. to get all of them thru this. i know it seems really dark and senseless now, and though it may never make sense, eventually there will be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. just trust in the Lord and lean on Him.
