LOL MM...nothin like a upcoming grandbaby, to interfere with our visitin at barrel races huh??? Who'da thunk it!!!! Ahh well...it'll all be worth it. I do terribly miss gettin to see you almost every weekend tho.

And thanks for the congrats on the baby....it's a ways away...she's due March 4th. And they are saying its a boy....

I'm just tryin to figure out how I'll get any projects done with a baby to play with all the time???? How's that work? hahaha

Thank ya'll so much for your kind words...and encouragement thru this project. It's been a whole lot of fun sharing it with you all. There's still more to come tho. We aren't nearly finished. Just posted those two pics to show that it is actually coming together.....finally!!!! Seems like I've been workin on it forever...when in reality we've only had the think a month and a half or so. LOL I think I paint in my sleep now.

MM it went great. Other than one minor incident where the power cord found it's way out and was draggin as we were goin down the road. Nothin major...But I was worried that we wouldn't have power when we got there. But all worked fine...and it was such pretty weather that we didn't even turn the A/C on at all the whole weekend.

Mr Lilly hookin up our string of lights...


Good food....


Took a 2nd place trophy with the car in the middle....Mr Lilly's dad's 23 T Bucket Roadster.


And the geneaologist in me made Mr Lilly stop in Evergreen so I could take pictures of the old store/service station and house that his grandpa's sister and husband ran for years and years.

I haven't gotten anything else done to it.....been too busy plantin winter oats....and tryin to get the chicken coop built among 40 million other things that seem to crop up. Hehe....just when I think things will slow down....I hit a whirlwind....
