Sooooo CD, about the late fee...I see a $20 a day late fee posted but then there is the "CAP" saying if you enter saturday and sunday before the first horse runs... its only a $20 total late fee?


Just tell me this....How much to run ONE horse, Saturday and Sunday in the race, no incentives.....TOTAL and when do I need to be there to enter and only pay a $20 TOTAL late fee.......Im bringing two other gals with me....soooooooooo Please?

Here is there rule regarding late entry:
11.  LATE ENTRIES -- Late entries must be received before first horse runs in each race.  $20 per day late fee; if entry not post marked by entry closing date.  If a contestant chooses to enter all late entries on their first run at the show, they will only pay a maximum of $20 in late fees.  Late entries will have a separate draw and run after pre-entries. Also; 17.  All late entries paid in cash, no exceptions.
So you must enter before the first horse runs Saturday and your entry would be $50 Sat + $50 Sun + $20 processing + $20 late fee; so $140.00 for the 2 days.  Hope this helps and is not confusing; and if someone see where I made a mistake configuring please correct me.

Actually this race will run Sat, Sun, Mon.  So the entry fee for Sat race (start time 3pm) is $35, Sun is $50 and Mon is $50
If you enter all three runs before the first horse runs on Sat. and the late fee would only be $20.

Yes, Rachael, but you have to enter before the first horse runs for the day that you enter. And you have to enter both days at the same time. If you enter for Sat. only on Sat. they will charge you $20. And if you come back Sun. morning to enter for Sun. they will charge you $20 again. If you enter for Sat. and Sun. together before 3 PM the charge is $20. Got it?

I just want to make sure I understand this too.  If you enter for all days at one time the late fee is just $20.00 or is it $20 for each day you enter no matter when you sign up for those days?  ( Stupid question is it different than in the past? Wasn't it a $20 per day with a cap at X $ for the weekend? )

If you enter all 3 days at once its just $20.  IF you enter each race each day then you pay a $20 late fee per day or a cap of $XX amountl.  So its better to enter all 3 runs on the first day and just pay $20 late fee!  Does that help.

yes as long as you enter before the first horse runs for the race you wish to enter.
