As many of you are aware the name of D&G Barrel Productions has now changed to D&D. Just wanted to remind everyone that the books for our Chickasha, Okla show close today for pre entries. Pre entries must be postmarked by today to avoid a late fee. In addition wanted to point out a couple of rule changes for the 2015 season.
Late fees are now $15.00 per horse each day with a cap at $50 for the weekend.
This new late fee was implemented in order to encourage people to pre enter our shows instead of waiting to the last minute and causing a hardship on the office help. In addition we changed the vet or dr release rule that will help you offset the late fees. Beginning at the Chickasha show you can now release from a race for any reason. You do not have to present a vet release or Dr release. You are however required to notify the show office of your intent to draw out prior to the beginning of each race to be eligible for a refund. Persons taking advantage of this method of drawing out will be charged the $20 office charge but will receive 100% of the actual entry and stall fees (as long as a stall has not been used)
We are hoping this will relieve some of the anxiety of pre entering the shows and having to worry about not being able to make it to the show for one reason or the other.
