Just got another email from Joy.  Keep them in your prayers, they are needed badly

Tamet my Dad's heart stopped this morning and they had
to revive him again.  Please let everyone know to
continue praying.  Thank you,  Joy

Aut viam inveniam aut faciam - I will either find a way or make one.  "Can't lives on Won't street."

Let us be reminded of what Captain John Parker told his army at Lexington Green, the place where the War for Independence began in 1775. He said, “Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.

Tamet, does Joy have an email address where she can be reached? A personal friend of hers is trying to reach her.

Just got an update from Joy this morning!!!   8)

Hi Tamet!  Good news today!  My Dad had a great day!
His heart remained stable all day and he even sat up on
the edge of the bed!  Thanks again everyone for the
prayers.  We appreciate everything.  I will keep you
posted as his condition changes.

Thanks again,

Joy Tamburro

Got another update from Joy:

Hi Tamet, I just wanted to let you know that until late yesterday my Dad was doing well.  His heart stopped again but they revived him again with CPR and then did emergency surgery.  He made it through the surgery at 4:00am and is now back in I C U.

The Doctor's are amazed that he has survived all of this and we have told them that it is only by the grace of God and all of the prayers.  Thank you for keeping him in your thoughts and prayers.  I will keep you updated as the doctors update us.  They now tell us
that he will be put on the top of the list for a transplant.  We do not know why the Lord allows these things to happen for we cannot see the big picture.   We do know it is for a reason and that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord and we just hold on to that verse.  Thank you very much to everyone!

Update:

Hi Tamet!  My Dad had a good day today but is having a
hard time breathing.  They did x-rays and told us there
is a touch of pneumonia.  They said that 24 to 48 hours
from now they will be able to tell a little more.
Please let everyone know that their kindness, thoughts
and prayers are greatly appreciated.  Our family has
just been overwhelmed with the wonderful emails and
each day I read them to Daddy.  He can't talk real good
right now, but he did tell me to say "Thank You"!

The response by such wonderful people has touched our
family more than they'll ever know.  I hope one day
there will be a way for us to repay their kindness.

God Bless,

Joy Tamburro
