I got to thinking about this after I look at the new payout.  You know that the 1D people are going to be trying to run in the lower D's now, and the lower D's are going to be still trying the best to make it to the 1D.  This will be really interesting to try.  I'm kinda game for it.

Now this is very interesting! What percentage goes into each division? I see the added money is equal but what about the entry fee money? (Actually, I'm way too tired to be trying to do math tonight or even think straight!)  :blah:

From the way I understood it to say.

If Say 15 people actually ran in the 1D, then they would put 15 entry fees in the 1D.
If 35 people ran in the 2D they would put 35 entry fees in the 2D.
If 70 people ran in the 3D they would put 70 entry fees in the 3D.

So On and so on.....

Does that make since now?

Sounds great for me, but if I ran 1D wouldn't like it. Pace setter really should get more money, they earned it. But it's late I go to bed. :later:

I understood that part but I am wondering how the entry fee money is divided. We know the added money is equally divided into the 5 D's but what about the 75% of the entry fees? Say that comes to $10,000. How is that money divided percentagewise in each D?

To me it looks like they take how ever many fall in that D and take the 75% of that many entries and put it in that D only.

So if the entry is say $80 and 75% of that is $60 and there are 15 people that ran a 1-d time, that would be $900 that goes into the 1-D plus the added money. Then that's really an equal payout percentagewise as well except it won't pay as many holes in that division right?
