Hi everyone, I don't usually ask anyone for help, but I am having trouble with my eyes and have been to 2 eye doctors already this week and go to another tomorrow.  Please pray that God will lay his healing hands on my eyes.

Wanted to update you all on my mom, Cathy.  We went to the retina specialist on Thursday and she does NOT have Retinal Degeneration like the other doctor suspected.  She has a condition called Retinal Dystrophy.  With the Degeneration, she would have progressively gotten worse and eventually gone completely blind.  With the Dystrophy, her eye sight will more than likely not get any worse than it is right now.

My grandfather (mom's dad) had Retinal Degeneration and went blind in his late 50's/early 60's so you can imagine how worried we all were when her doctor thought she had the same disease.

Thank you all for your prayers, they have definately been answered!!

Mom got a call from the retina specialist today.  After reviewing her chart again, he saw something he didn't like so he has asked her to come back again next week for further testing.

Please continue to pray that her eyesight will be ok.

Well, I thought I was in the clear, but the retina specialist called me back and they reviewed my tests again and I have to go back on Tuesday for a retina scan.  I have placed this new development in the Lord's hands and know He will be there with and for me.

Well, it was a good day at the eye dr.  He did one more test basically to see it he might beable to help my problem.  Turns out he can't, but it also turns out it is not a serious problem, just an annoying one. 
I can't thank you all enough for all your thouoghts and prayers.  It is one of the most touching things I have ever experienced. 
God bless you all and once again I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
