My Mom has a Merrill saddle and the tree cracked. She sent it to Neil to get fixed when she got it back the return address was from a different person and the saddle was not fixed right. She was under the impression that it was suppose to get a new tree and all they did was cover up the old one with a new plastic/fiberglass one. There was a nail sticking up out of the swells (sp?), the front of the seat was not fastened back down, the seat is wider and you can feel a bump on each side, none of the underneath or even the back of the saddle is fastened back down correctly, she can't even ride in it. She has called Neil numerous times and left messages that have not been returned. Has anyone else had this problem?
