Also, DTA- do not eat processed foods! As the sodium in them is super high. ideally you like to have a one-to-one ratio of total calories/serving to mg of sodium/serving.  For example, a bagel might have 200 calories, but has 450 mg of sodium- BAD!  but eggs have 70 calories and very little if any sodium- GOOD!

So best rule of thumb- nothing out of a box, out of your grocery freezer or from fast food.  Guess you'll be cooking!  lol.  If i had time, I'd cook for you and bring you food, but girl, you know how out of control my life is!

We have to do that for Ben, no out of box (or next to none)
Aut viam inveniam aut faciam - I will either find a way or make one.  "Can't lives on Won't street."

Let us be reminded of what Captain John Parker told his army at Lexington Green, the place where the War for Independence began in 1775. He said, “Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.
