Also, DTA- do not eat processed foods! As the sodium in them is super high. ideally you like to have a one-to-one ratio of total calories/serving to mg of sodium/serving. For example, a bagel might have 200 calories, but has 450 mg of sodium- BAD! but eggs have 70 calories and very little if any sodium- GOOD! So best rule of thumb- nothing out of a box, out of your grocery freezer or from fast food. Guess you'll be cooking! lol. If i had time, I'd cook for you and bring you food, but girl, you know how out of control my life is!
