Mary Crowell Stolen horse and tack
« on: August 24, 2006, 12:37:47 PM »
This was sent to me by Pam

My friend, Mary Crowell, emailed the attached poster to me today. Sadly, two of her son's horses were stolen this past Saturday night, along with about 10 ropes, 7 saddles (all of them won by Cord), rope cans, bridles, various tack -- every single thing Cord and Jerry had, except for two horses. One of those had a rope around his neck, and Mary thinks they tried to take him also, but were either scared off or didn't have room in their trailer. (They obviously tried to take the Crowell's trailer, but for some reason, left without it.)

The roan gelding has been Jerry's for about 20 years now, and he's still an awesome roping horse.

Please call the number on the poster if you can help locate any of the stolen items.
This came to me while chopping wood the other day. You've heard don't sweat the small stuff. I say save it for later and use it for kindling
