Missing Horse
« on: January 23, 2007, 04:52:30 PM »
My good mare is missing from our pasture!  She is a bay mare, small star on forehead, two hind socks, 15.1, about 1050 lb, light build, with the brand D heart M on her left hip.  It is a capital D, the heart figure connected to the lower right side of the D, the capital M connected to the lower right side of the heart.  She runs barrels and poles and is quite attractive.  If someone you know gets a new horse matching this description, please reply to this sender.  I WANT HER BACK!  A reward is offered for her safe return!!

She was taken from our pasture just east of Waco, TX, near Hallsburg.  This is between Mart and Waco, TX.  I've been unable to get her photo to post.
She is lightly built, long black mane and tail, and very quiet.
She was taken Jan.13 during a rain, or possibly late the night before.
Thanks for any info you may have.

Do you think maybe she got out or jumped the fence in fear of the storm or lightening?  OMG- I'm so sorry for you, I wish I were closer, but I'll keep my eyes peeled.  Espically that brand, my daughter used to ride a horse named Gilley that had the SAME brand, his owner leased him to us for a year.  Could they be from the same trainer?  I know the M in the brand stands for Michelle,,,, I think?...
