« on: February 10, 2007, 07:14:41 PM »
On or about Tuesday, Jan. 30, three saddles were stolen from Pilot Ridge stables on Highway 150 near Salisbury, NC.  One of the saddles has been recovered in China Grove, NC, but the other two were distinctly marked and probably were sold outside of the area, possibly to South Carolina or Virginia.

Description:

-light-color suede padded seat
-floral stamping on skirts
-rawhide rolled with silver on fork and cantle and silver conchos
-fenders stamped FSBA Senior Barrel Champion 1999 and 1999 is stamped on rear of skirting
-aluminum barrel stirrups
-neoprene cinch
-breast collar
-new back cinch with connector strap

-custom made 16 inch roping saddle with rubber on horn
-maker marked Steve Haworth Lusk, WY on tie strap holder and stirrup hobbles
-full basket stamp with oak leaf pattern on skirts and fenders and brass conchos with long saddle strings
-original back cinch
-bucking rolls installed
-rawhide oxbow stirrups
-Billy Cook basket stamp breast collar stamped 911
-squared d-ring mohair cinch
-ProEquine black closed-cell saddle pad with tan wear leathers

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
