QuickTime Viewer Requirements:
Our streaming content is created using Apple's H.264 codec. To ensure you are able to see the video streams, it is necessary for you to have QuickTime 7.0 or above installed. Please follow this link for assistance in detecting your version number.
Detecting your QuickTime Player Version

Please click on the QuickTime link/image below to test your computer and connection to our server.

This test stream will have sound and video that will appear in the QuickTime player. If you do not see video your player needs to be updated. If the video or audio is distorted you may need to adjust your QuickTime's connection/network settings. See below.

QuickTime Network Requirements:
A broadband connection (at least (300k/s) is necessary to view our streams. Most users on a home network will not need to adjust their settings. Those of you connecting from an office or corporate environment may need to adjust the following settings if you are getting a timeout or garbled stream. 

You will need to force your QuickTime to use port 80 (standard web port) to receive streams. Follow the below instructions to adjust your settings

Open your QuickTime Player
Step 1: Select the Edit menu, Preferences, then select QuickTime Preferences, Go To the Advance Tab, Select Transport Setup.
